A 'TRIBUTE MEMBER' is the "Key Person" who is in charge of paying the
one-time group fee of $6.95. This fee covers the entire group of video
clips (from family members and friends) sent to your personal cache.
The 'TRIBUTE MEMBER' is the main contact person who notifies everyone with
information about how to send video clips and what username and password
to use.
